About the role#
As a Product Assurance Test Engineer Intern, you will join a team focused on delivering solutions for test lab customers. You will work on real projects that help streamline business operations. This role offers exposure to new product development and testing activities while you learn to deploy solutions and follow industry best practices.
What you'll do#
- Deepen your understanding of new product development and testing processes.
- Participate in development discussions and implement solutions on real projects.
- Work with a team to validate prototype products.
- Create a foundation for future growth and professional opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in a relevant discipline, such as Mechanical Engineering.
- Ability to work on site 5 days per week.
- Resiliency and the ability to adapt quickly to new tasks.
- An inquisitive nature regarding Allegion business practices.
- Strong skills in effective listening, time management, and creative problem-solving.
- A desire to learn, grow, and develop professionally.

- Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Type: Full-time internship.
- Compensation: $25-$26 per hour.
