About the role#
Hatch is seeking a Water & Wastewater Engineering Student for a full-time work term during the Winter 2027 semester. You will join the Water business unit and work from our Mississauga office. This role offers hands-on experience in water and wastewater management by supporting projects that involve technical research, data analysis, and equipment sizing.
What you'll do#
- Perform technical research related to water and wastewater treatment.
- Write technical reports for various water and wastewater projects.
- Conduct data analysis to support project goals.
- Assist with the selection and sizing of engineering equipment.
- Collaborate with diverse teams both locally and globally.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student in Environmental, Civil, or Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- A solid understanding of engineering and business fundamentals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- An ability to learn quickly and take on new challenges.

- This position is based on-site in Mississauga, Ontario.
- The pay range for this role is $26.00 to $33.00 per hour.
