About the role#
As a Water/Wastewater Engineering Intern, you will work within our Water Business Group. You will gain hands-on experience while supporting projects that manage water resources, treat wastewater, and improve infrastructure. This is a paid, full-time internship that offers the chance to work under the direct supervision of project managers and professional engineers.
What you'll do#
- Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures to project tasks.
- Assist with assignments under the guidance of a professional or Project Manager.
- Connect with recent graduates and company leaders through mentoring programs.
- Contribute to projects that support public health and environmental sustainability.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program.
- Preference for students who have completed at least 2 years of a Civil Engineering degree with a 3.0 or higher GPA.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software packages.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
Location & details#
- This role is on-site in either Missoula, Montana or Billings, Montana.
- Local candidates are preferred.
