About the role#
AJAY Contracting LLC offers a full-time, paid internship for students pursuing degrees in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields. You will work alongside Project Managers and Estimators on active projects. This role provides hands-on experience in both the office and on the jobsite, paired with a dedicated mentor to support your professional development.
What you'll do#
- Assist with takeoffs and estimating.
- Manage RFIs and submittals.
- Support project coordination and execution.
- Gain exposure to field and office operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree program.
- A strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Ability to take initiative and solve problems as part of a team.
- High motivation and a desire to learn.
Location & details#
- Location: Dallas, Texas.
- Schedule: Full-time, on-site.
- Term: Rolling.
- Compensation: $22 to $30 per hour, based on experience and education.
