About the role#
The Business Intern in Operational Excellence supports a portfolio of enterprise-wide improvement projects. You will focus on enhancing patient experience, clinical efficiency, and operational performance. This role offers exposure to healthcare operations, continuous improvement methodologies, and strategic project execution within the hospital system.
What you'll do#
- Support enterprise-wide improvement projects.
- Work directly with senior leaders, physicians, nurses, and administrative stakeholders.
- Translate data into insights and turn those insights into action.
What you'll need#
- Progress towards an undergraduate degree.
- Majors in Business Administration, Health Administration, Operations Management, or Data Science.
- No prior work experience is required for this position.
