About the role#
This 12-week internship offers undergraduate students hands-on experience within a corporate legal and compliance environment. You will work alongside experienced attorneys and compliance professionals to gain insight into how regulatory work supports business decisions. The program includes weekly events, networking opportunities with company leaders, and professional development workshops.
What you'll do#
- Implement a company-wide contract management system by identifying, classifying, and uploading agreements.
- Research state insurance license requirements to support regulatory compliance efforts.
- Partner with the Policies and Procedures team to validate and update internal policies.
- Create and test Microsoft Copilot agents to improve team efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support broader business objectives.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least one year of undergraduate studies at an accredited college or university.
- Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a desire to learn new technologies like Microsoft Copilot.
- Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing environments.
- Preferred majors include English, Communications, Political Science, or Business Administration.
