About the role#
This internship offers a strategic and general management focus where you will take ownership of brand strategies. You will work on iconic brands and take on significant responsibilities from your first day. This is a 12-week program designed to develop leadership skills through project-based work, coaching, and mentorship.
What you'll do#
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand equity and drive category growth.
- Lead and inspire multi-functional teams to bring initiatives to life.
- Use market insights and consumer behavior analysis to inform your strategy.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to craft brand positioning and messaging.
- Monitor and evaluate brand performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
What you'll need#
- You are a top student in your first year of an MBA program.
- You have at least 3 years of professional work experience prior to enrolling in your MBA.
- Strong analytical, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- A bias for action, entrepreneurial spirit, and a winning mindset.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities under pressure with flexibility and initiative.
- Visionary and strategic leadership skills.

- Location: Cincinnati, Ohio.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time, on-site.
- Compensation: Paid internship ($29 - $50 per hour).
