    About the role#

    This co-op program at Procter and Gamble is designed for Purdue University students graduating in 2028 or 2029. You will join the Research and Development team to work on projects that improve consumer products. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Boston. The program duration ranges from 12 to 24 weeks within the fiscal year.

    What you'll do#

    • Conduct research and development for consumer products.
    • Translate consumer needs into specific product designs and technical specifications.
    • Collaborate with technical and commercial partners to advance business needs.
    • Engage in analytical and measurement science to characterize product functionality.
    • Work on innovative product packaging development.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment as a Bachelor's or Master's student in Chemical, Mechanical, Biomedical, Industrial Engineering, or Data Science.
    • Expected graduation date in 2028 or 2029.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks.
    • Critical thinking and active listening skills.
