    About the role#

    IEWC is hiring an IT Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in New Berlin, Wisconsin. You will work as part of the technology team to support internal users and maintain corporate systems.

    What you'll do#

    • Provide support to end users through in-person visits, phone calls, and remote tools.
    • Troubleshoot help desk requests until you reach a successful resolution.
    • Manage day-to-day user administration tasks on corporate systems.
    • Troubleshoot problems with production equipment.
    • Build and reimage computers while managing peripherals.
    • Stay current with application updates and technology trends.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

    What you'll need#

    • You are currently pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
    • You have achieved Junior or Senior academic standing.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for this role.
    • You are a collaborative team player who is willing to learn.
    • You must be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds, stand, reach, and walk moderate distances.
