    About the role#

    This co-op program offers mentorship alongside designers to develop products for Lands' End. You will work in a product area such as women's, men's, kids, or accessories. The role provides hands-on experience in design functions and the operations of a global retailer.

    What you'll do#

    • Develop products by contributing to color, fabrication, and silhouette choices.
    • Create and maintain design books and journals based on your trend analysis.
    • Support visual set ups and presentations to share the design vision.
    • Conduct research on trends and competitors.
    • Participate in fittings and analyze returns.

    What you'll need#

    • Working toward a degree in apparel design, graphic design, industrial design, architecture, art, media studies, or a related field.
    • Understanding of textile construction, color, and printing techniques.
    • Basic skills in fit and pattern making.
    • Interest in current fashion and emerging trends.
    • Knowledge of the Lands' End brand.

    • Location: Dodgeville, Wisconsin.
    • This is an on-site, full-time, paid position.
    • The program operates on a rolling basis.
