About the role#
We are hiring a Marketing Intern to join our SHEGLAM Hair team in Los Angeles. This role focuses on the daily management and growth of our TikTok and Instagram accounts. You will help us produce content, track trends, and use data to improve our social media presence.
What you'll do#
- Create and edit social-first content for TikTok and Instagram, including Reels and Stories.
- Source and adapt viral sounds, formats, and cultural moments relevant to our brand.
- Assist with influencer training and share campaign guidelines or product information with creators.
- Coordinate with live-streaming agencies to support product communication during events.
- Monitor social media performance and provide recommendations for future content optimization.
- Engage with our community by responding to comments and interacting with other accounts.
- Support daily publishing tasks like writing captions and managing hashtags.
What you'll need#
- A bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience managing a brand or personal TikTok or Instagram account.
- Advanced video editing skills using tools like CapCut or Canva.
- A basic understanding of social media analytics.
- Strong English communication and writing skills.
