About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to perform entry-level administrative work within the Facilities department. You will gain experience in professional staff duties while supporting daily operations at our Cypress facility. This is a 12 to 14 week summer position.
What you'll do#
- Handle introductory administrative tasks that grow in responsibility over time.
- Represent the company through professional interactions in person and over the phone.
- Draft documents and prepare routine reports with guidance.
- Manage and update data using database applications.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and project team activities.
- Maintain equipment and materials according to established procedures.
- Support and communicate the values and culture of the organization.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration.
- Proficiency with standard office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain or maintain an active DOD security clearance.

- Compensation: $26 per hour.
