About the role#
This is a paid, full-time Quality Assurance Intern/Co-Op position for the Summer 2027 term. You will work on-site in Dallas, Texas, supporting administrative functions within the Electro Optical Infrared Systems line of business.
What you'll do#
- Perform entry-level administrative tasks that grow in complexity over time.
- Manage and update data using database applications.
- Prepare routine reports with guidance from your team.
- Draft documents and electronic information using word processing tools.
- Help arrange meetings, conferences, and project team activities.
- Project a professional company image during in-person and phone interactions.
- Follow all procedures for the care of company equipment and materials.
- Support and communicate the values and culture of the organization.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Current enrollment in a Business Administration program.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to use standard office software and computer equipment.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- You must hold an active DOD security clearance or have the ability to obtain one.
