About the role#
This 11-week internship provides hands-on experience in managing travel centers, including food service and truck care. You will work alongside store leaders to learn facility operations, team management, and customer service. The program is designed to help you build business skills and prepare for a career in retail management.
What you'll do#
- Participate in hands-on training across store, fuel, food, and truck care operations.
- Learn team leadership, staffing, and employee development practices.
- Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and operational standards.
- Develop business acumen by learning how to drive sales and manage costs.
- Collaborate on a cross-functional project with other interns and company leaders.
- Gain experience delivering customer service and resolving issues.
- Understand and help enforce safety, compliance, and company policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 2- or 4-year degree program in business, management, hospitality, or a related field.
- Ability to navigate computer programs, systems, and technology tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Willingness to learn by doing in a customer-focused environment.

- Location: Cedar City, Utah.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday.
