About the role#
The Integrated Supply, Trading & Optimization (IST&O) internship program provides exposure to how trading, commercial strategy, supply chain management, and market analytics drive business performance. You will work alongside experienced professionals to support initiatives that improve commercial effectiveness and value creation. This role is designed for students who are curious about how an integrated business functions and who enjoy solving complex problems.
What you'll do#
- Support projects focused on commercial performance, supply, and operations.
- Analyze market, financial, and logistics information to identify business opportunities.
- Create reports, dashboards, models, and presentations for project teams and leadership.
- Evaluate business scenarios and provide data-backed recommendations.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives across commercial, scheduling, and analytics teams.
- Contribute innovative ideas to support continuous improvement efforts.
- Present findings to business stakeholders.
- Demonstrate safe, ethical, and responsible conduct in all tasks.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand integrated business models.
- Experience with Power BI or SAP is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
