About the role#
As a Business & Marketing Intern, you will work within the polymer compounding sector of the chemical manufacturing industry. This role focuses on blending strategic analysis with operational execution. You will gain exposure to global supply chain and commercial operations while receiving mentorship from leaders in sales and marketing.
What you'll do#
- Analyze markets to find growth opportunities in the automotive, packaging, and consumer goods sectors.
- Support customer outreach and contribute to lead generation strategies.
- Develop and update sales presentations, product brochures, and digital marketing materials.
- Work with supply chain and sales teams to improve order fulfillment and customer service workflows.
- Explore and implement AI-driven tools to optimize marketing and operational performance.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, SAP, Salesforce, and PowerApps or PowerBI.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- You must be at least 18 years old.

- This is an on-site, full-time, paid internship.
