About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience in corporate training, organizational development, and talent management. You will work on the full lifecycle of learning operations, including design, development, technology implementation, and stakeholder management. This role provides exposure to HR Operations and Talent Acquisition functions while you build relationships with professionals across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Support the migration of learning content from Learn365 to Workday Learning Powered by Sana.
- Test and iterate with the new Learning Management System (LMS) to prepare for an organization-wide rollout.
- Create best practices, user guides, and how-to documentation.
- Assist with training program coordination and content management.
- Collaborate with the L&D team on organizational development initiatives.
- Participate in professional development opportunities, such as the Gavel Club.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4-year college or university, entering your junior or senior year.
- Pursuing a degree in Organizational Development, Education Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent with demonstrated academic success.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Learning Management Systems, and AI platforms.
- A willingness to learn new technology platforms.
- An interest in learning and development, education technology, and management information systems.
