About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship within the Mars Petcare Science & Diagnostics finance team. You will work on real business projects that provide exposure to senior leadership and the broader finance organization. This role is a paid, full-time position based in Franklin, Tennessee. Successful interns may be considered for the Mars Finance Leadership Experience program after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Support finance teams in advancing digital agendas by improving analytics capabilities and business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to deliver value through specific project assignments.
- Develop skills in data storytelling, process optimization, and project ownership.
- Engage in senior leader communications and ensure alignment across business units.
- Participate in professional and social activities designed to build your network.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.
- Status as a student interning the summer prior to your final graduation date.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Willingness to relocate to Franklin, Tennessee, for the duration of the internship.
- Ability to pass a drug and background screening.
- Responsibility for your own transportation to and from the work site.
