About the role#
Martin Brûlé Studio is hiring an Operations Intern to work on-site in New York. This is a paid, full-time position with a rolling start date. You will support our team across interior design projects and the management of collectible furniture and art.
What you'll do#
- Assist the Studio Manager with daily operations, including studio maintenance, supply management, and team travel arrangements.
- Help the Operations Manager with project logistics, such as procurement, installations, and coordinating deliveries.
- Draft condition reports for incoming furniture and artworks.
- Maintain and update the Artlogic database and conduct research on studio inventory.
- Support expense tracking and organize invoices to assist with basic accounting tasks.
What you'll need#
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English.
- A genuine interest in design, furniture, and contemporary art.
- Familiarity with Artlogic is helpful but not required.
