About the role#
The Human Resources Intern provides project support to the HR team while gaining hands-on experience across multiple HR functions. This role offers exposure to recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, training, and general HR operations. You will support the team while developing your skills in a manufacturing environment.
What you'll do#
- Assist with recruitment tasks, such as posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Support onboarding for new hires by preparing materials, coordinating orientation schedules, and completing I9 forms.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation with a focus on data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with data entry and updates within HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company events.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field with at least sophomore standing.
- Strong organization and time-management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Diligent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with data reporting and Excel is preferred.

- Work modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Part-time, maximum of 30 hours per week.
