About the role#
As a Marketing Operations Intern, you will help scale one of our primary growth channels: Google Maps. This role is execution-focused and involves setting up, managing, and optimizing Google Maps pins in partnership with our hosts. This is a part-time internship requiring approximately 20 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Create and maintain Google Maps pins for listings by working directly with hosts.
- Ensure all pins follow best practices and Google guidelines, including accurate categories, descriptions, photos, and business details.
- Improve pin performance through ongoing optimizations.
- Build repeatable processes to scale pin creation across thousands of listings.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as rank, impressions, and clicks to report on your findings.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and December 2027.
- Authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
- Ability to work onsite at our headquarters in Lehi, UT.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage a high volume of work.
- Comfort communicating with hosts via phone, email, and text.
- Basic data analysis and reporting skills.
