About the role#
As a Creative Production Intern at NewForm, you will support the production team in bringing creative concepts to life. You will assist with pre-production planning and on-set execution. You will work alongside Creative Strategists and our Creative Producer to help ensure shoots run smoothly, content is captured efficiently, and every production stays organized. This is a hands-on role for someone interested in content creation, production, and social-first storytelling.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate shoot logistics, including scheduling, locations, and production prep.
- Support on-set production for UGC, podcast, lifestyle, and social content shoots.
- Set up and organize camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Collaborate with Creative Strategists and the Creative Producer to execute creative briefs.
- Assist with creator and talent management during shoots.
- Source props, wardrobe, and production materials as needed.
- Organize footage, assets, and files after shoots.
- Support production operations and studio upkeep.
What you'll need#
- A strong interest in content production, filmmaking, social media, or creative marketing.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple moving pieces.
- Comfort working in a collaborative environment.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn on set.
- Familiarity with cameras, lighting, audio equipment, or editing tools.
- An interest in short-form content, creators, and paid social marketing.
- Pursuing a degree in Media Studies, Communications, or Marketing.
