    About the role#

    NVIDIA is hiring Ph.D. students for research internships focused on generative AI. You will work on projects that advance computer vision, robotics, and other technical domains. This position involves turning research into prototypes, patents, or published papers. You will also work to transfer your findings to product groups to help create new technology.

    What you'll do#

    • Design and implement algorithms for generative AI and related fields.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external researchers.
    • Contribute to research areas such as Multimodal Foundation Models, Diffusion Models, and Large Language Models.
    • Develop prototypes and products or publish original research.

    What you'll need#

    • Active enrollment in a Ph.D. program for Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
    • A clear indication of your anticipated graduation date on your resume or CV.
    • A research background with publications at top conferences.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Experience with large-scale model training is a plus.

    • Employment type: Full-time.
    • Compensation: 38 USD to 94 USD per hour, depending on experience and degree level.
