How to get in at OMERS
Applying early to OMERS gives you a distinct advantage because recruiters review applications before the volume becomes unmanageable. Intern Insider sends an instant alert the moment a role matching your target is published, so you can submit your materials among the first applicants. This helps you avoid the frustration of getting lost in a massive pile of resumes later in the cycle. You can also improve your response rates by reaching out to the recruiters behind the company roles directly. Intern Insider surfaces these specific contacts for you, allowing you to ask informed questions about the position or request a referral. This direct approach often yields better results than relying solely on a standard application queue.
