About the role#
As a Non-Engineering Intern, you will work with experienced professionals on high-visibility projects. You will contribute to initiatives that support business performance, operational excellence, and strategic growth. What you'll do#
- Partner with business leaders on strategic initiatives and operational projects.
- Leverage technology, artificial intelligence, automation, and analytics to improve business processes.
- Support process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collect, manage, and analyze business data to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Develop dashboards, reports, presentations, and business recommendations.
- Assist with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, auditing, and business planning.
- Support supply chain, sourcing, procurement, logistics, and operational initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different business functions and geographic regions.
- Present project updates and findings to team members and leadership.
- Participate in professional development, networking events, and mentorship opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, MBA, or related degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
- Interest in leveraging data, automation, AI, and emerging technologies.
- Previous internship, leadership, project-based, or business experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint is preferred.
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, automation tools, or data analytics is preferred.

- Locations: Scottsdale, AZ; San Jose, CA; Allen, TX.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: This is an on-site position. Interns must work from their designated office location.
- Employment: This is a paid, full-time internship.
