About the role#
Oxley Enterprises, Inc. offers an internship program designed to provide college students with hands-on experience in a professional environment. This role supports our staff across human resources, recruiting, general business, business development, and AI enablement. The program lasts for 90 days and focuses on developing professional skills while allowing interns to interact with various areas of the company.
What you'll do#
- Support human resources by creating employee engagement emails, assisting with the company newsletter, and updating job descriptions.
- Manage recruiting tasks including interview scheduling, preparing correspondence, and tracking metrics.
- Assist with general business operations by maintaining templates, organizing files, and supporting quality management.
- Conduct research on agencies and business opportunities, update the pipeline, and support proposal development.
- Enable AI adoption by testing tools, documenting workflows, creating templates, and maintaining guidance on responsible AI use.
- Handle documents using e-signature tools and provide administrative support across functional areas.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, or a related field (Juniors or Seniors preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Above average knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Working knowledge of artificial intelligence tools and platforms.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to follow established processes and work well within a team.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status with at least 3 years of residency in the United States.
- Ability to handle Controlled Unclassified Information and Personally Identifiable Information.

- This is a remote position available in any United States jurisdiction, excluding AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, ND, OR, PR, RI, SD, VT, VA, WA, and WY.
- The role is full-time and paid in compliance with federal and state minimum wage laws.
- This position requires sedentary work, including typing and viewing computer monitors.
