About the role#
As an intern in our Entry-Level Engineer program, you will gain hands-on experience with wireless technologies. You will work alongside experienced engineers on product testing, validation, and deployment activities. This program is designed to develop your technical skills and provide a pathway for growth within WNC.
What you'll do#
- Assist in evaluating wireless network performance for LTE and 5G NR through active field testing and validation.
- Systematically collect and analyze customer requirements and feedback.
- Partner with senior engineers to diagnose system issues, validate new features, and optimize overall performance.
What you'll need#
- You are pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Knowledge of 5G protocols, RF, Antenna, NTN, O-RAN standards, and broadband technologies.
- Hands-on experience with 5G products, Wi-Fi routers, IoT platforms, and network diagnostics.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
