About the role#
This internship within the Global Transformation Office (GTO) offers an opportunity to support the strategy and execution of operations. You will work on initiatives that impact manufacturing sites, the supply chain, and customers worldwide. This role focuses on the planning, structuring, and improvement of project management practices to help achieve organizational goals.
What you'll do#
- Support the establishment of the Project Management Office (PMO) by assisting with structuring initiatives.
- Develop and maintain PMO documentation, including templates, guides, procedures, dashboards, and registers.
- Produce key performance indicators (KPIs) and progress reports for management.
- Collaborate with project managers, initiative leads, and business units to ensure information quality and consistency.
- Contribute to the improvement of technological tools used for project and portfolio management.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Canadian university throughout the internship.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Ability to work on-site in the province of hire.
- Pursuing studies in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Logistics.
Location & details#
- Location: Longueuil, Quebec, Canada.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 5 to April 23, 2027).
- Work Modality: Full-time, on-site, Monday to Friday.
