About the role#
Rich Products Corporation is hiring a Finance & Invoicing Intern to join the Customer Invoicing and Systems Administration team. This role provides hands-on experience with invoicing operations, business systems, and reporting. You will work approximately 15 hours per week on a hybrid schedule.
What you'll do#
- Monitor daily invoice processing, output failures, and exception queues.
- Support business systems including SAP, Blacksmith, and EDI through data validation and troubleshooting.
- Execute test cases and document results for system enhancements and upgrades.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and job aids.
- Research pricing issues, invoicing discrepancies, and customer output concerns.
- Assist with automation initiatives using tools like Power Automate, Excel, and SAP reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, IT, and Accounts Receivable.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a B.S. or MBA degree.
- Concentration in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong financial and interpersonal skills.

- Term: Fall 2026 (September through December).

- Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour.
- This is a paid internship.
