About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to work within the Corporate Planning Department. You will support the team with financial reporting and analysis while gaining exposure to various finance functions. The role begins in Fall 2026 and continues through Spring 2027. You will work 15 to 20 hours per week during the semester, with the potential for up to 29 hours per week during school breaks.
What you'll do#
- Consolidate, summarize, and analyze corporate budget versus actual spend reports.
- Prepare price, volume, and mix reports for monthly governance presentations.
- Load and verify actual and forecasted data for newly acquired companies into reporting systems.
- Develop models using AI to streamline and enhance monthly reporting and forecasting processes.
- Assist with financial close and forecasting consolidation for United States and Canada business units.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis using Oracle, Hyperion, and SAP tools.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Finance, Accounting, MIS, or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- A general understanding of accounting principles and U.S. GAAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
