About the role#
As an Application Development Intern at RSM, you will work with a range of companies across multiple industries. You will join team engagements to learn and implement design changes to existing systems and integrate new systems into client infrastructure. This role requires a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and data cleanup. You will work on multiple pieces of an assignment to gain a broad understanding of the business and its challenges.
What you'll do#
- Design and document specifications for data integrations.
- Coordinate with client lead users and engineering teams to test and implement new or modified programs.
- Document requirements and assist in ERP/CRM development by creating customizations.
- Maintain data integrity procedures, processes, and policies.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related IT field.
- You have experience with database design.
- You possess strong conceptual, analytic, and problem-solving skills.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred.
- You are able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively with staff at all levels.
- Travel to client locations is required, and you must have access to reliable transportation.
- This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
