About the role#
As an Assurance Intern, you will join our team for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid internship based in our Toronto office. You will gain hands-on experience by supporting our audit engagements and working directly with client accounts.
What you'll do#
- Assess risks and evaluate the client internal control structure.
- Perform substantive tests and tests of internal controls to identify and resolve reporting issues.
- Draft financial statements using prescribed formats.
- Develop a working knowledge of the RSM audit approach and tools.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a B.A. or B.S. degree in Accounting.
- You have completed at least 90 credit hours.
- You have the ability to arrange for reliable transportation to reach assigned client locations.
