About the role#
Reporting to the Sustainability Associate Manager, you will assist in calculating a global enterprise’s carbon footprint. This role supports carbon footprint measurement and ESG reporting for the Hong Kong Stock Exchange through February 2026.
What you'll do#
- Access and download utility data from SAP and Docuware for various facilities.
- Organize data into folders.
- Extract and consolidate utility data for GHG footprint calculations.
- Respond to ad hoc data requests.
What you'll need#
- Undergraduate student with 2-4 years of study completed. Preferred majors include Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience managing and organizing Excel files within MS Office.
- Ability to navigate various online and offline data sources.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and act as a self-starter.
- Foreign language proficiency is a plus.

- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship based in Mansfield, Massachusetts.
