How to get in at Schaeffler
Applying early is a distinct advantage at a large firm like Schaeffler, as recruiters often fill roles before the applicant pool becomes unmanageable. Intern Insider sends an instant alert the moment a role matching your target is published anywhere, so you apply among the first and get seen before the pile grows. It saves you from refreshing job boards all day, which is a tedious way to spend your semester. You can use that extra time to refine your technical projects instead. Connecting with the right person is often more effective than submitting an application into a black hole. Intern Insider surfaces the recruiters behind the company roles so you can reach out directly to ask about the position or a referral, which materially improves response rates. It is a more professional way to navigate the process than waiting for an automated update.
