About the role#
This is an 8-month internship position running from January to August 2027. You will work with senior executives in the Digital Business and Technology Solutions group. The role focuses on planning and strategic support, including executive strategy sessions and the management of balanced scorecards.
What you'll do#
- Support the CIO, technology executives, and business partners to define and advance strategic ambitions.
- Assist with digital transformation programs, including agile adoption, organizational design, and the target operating model.
- Develop and manage digital metrics, OKRs, and balanced scorecards to track progress on technology goals.
- Gather and synthesize competitive intelligence for leadership review.
- Prepare executive-level communications and reports to share IT initiatives across the organization.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a post-secondary degree program in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or Communications, with a graduation date of August 2027 or later.
- Strong MS PowerPoint skills, including the ability to build presentations from storyboards to final products.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for financial management, including data visualization and reporting.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, specifically the ability to translate technical content for senior executive audiences.

- This role is based in Toronto or Waterloo, Ontario.
- The position is a hybrid role.
- This is a paid, full-time internship covering the Winter and Summer 2027 terms.
