About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within a government agency. You will work under the guidance of a mentor to gain professional skills. The program runs from May to August 2025. This is a temporary, full-time position that allows for up to 40 hours of work per week for a maximum of 12 weeks. Please note that this role does not include benefits, earned leave, or paid holidays.
What you'll do#
- Assist work units with assigned projects.
- Help with various tasks as directed by your supervisor.
- Participate in upcoming projects.
- Support current agency campaigns.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a student in an Engineering program or a pre-engineering course of study.
- A 2.0 overall GPA or higher.
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Submission of your most recent resume and unofficial transcripts.

- Pay: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour depending on academic classification.
