About the role#
The Arena Group is hiring an Ad Tech & Programmatic Monetization Intern for the summer of 2026. You will join the revenue operations team to support monetization across our digital brands. This role sits at the intersection of media, technology, and sales. You will work on five projects designed to audit our systems, find revenue opportunities, and build sales materials for advertisers. We provide training on the fundamentals of programmatic advertising, so no prior experience is required.
What you'll do#
- Perform a visual and data-driven health check of top Arena sites on mobile and desktop.
- Build a refreshable framework or dashboard to maintain system health after your internship ends.
- Draft a GTM one-pager that outlines data packages for advertisers.
- Use intelligence tools to identify advertising opportunities.
- Create promotional materials for seasonal and tentpole editorial events.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, Media Studies, or a related field.
- You enjoy digging into data, organizing information, and finding patterns or gaps in spreadsheets.
- You can take technical concepts and turn them into clean, persuasive sales collateral using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- You are resourceful, curious, and willing to learn new systems.
- You are detail-oriented and notice discrepancies in data or ad layouts.
Location & details#
- This is a remote, full-time internship for Summer 2026.
- The position is paid at $22 per hour.
- The duration is 10 to 12 weeks.
