About the role#
This co-op position offers students the chance to work alongside experienced engineers on projects across industrial, corporate, healthcare, retail, transportation, and mixed-use markets. You will gain hands-on experience in civil engineering while developing your professional skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
What you'll do#
- Draft and design construction drawings for various projects.
- Build proficiency in design and CAD applications.
- Learn how to organize your work to maximize your contributions and professional growth.
- Collaborate with team members to solve problems and complete tasks.
- Develop an understanding of how we interact with clients to provide value.
- Work positively within a team to advance your skills and knowledge.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Civil Engineering degree program.
- A desire to work in a collaborative environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate and present your ideas effectively.
- Eagerness to develop AutoCAD skills and create model-based designs in Civil 3D.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to ask questions.
