    About the role#

    This internship provides an opportunity to support the fund accounting team at Churchill, an investment-specialist affiliate of Nuveen. You will work on-site in New York City during the summer of 2027. This is a full-time, paid position.

    What you'll do#

    • Review quarterly trial balances and key supporting schedules, including cash and position reconciliations.
    • Assist with investor allocations, such as capital call and distribution calculations and capital account statements.
    • Review carried interest calculations.
    • Tie out quarterly financial statements.
    • Log invoices and update internal expense trackers.
    • Complete ad hoc tasks for the Investor Relations and Operations teams.

    What you'll need#

    • You are a rising Senior (Class of 2028) or rising Junior (Class of 2029) pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
    • You have superior Excel skills.
    • You pay close attention to detail and can spot errors quickly.
    • You possess strong active listening skills and communicate effectively in writing and in person.
