About the role#
The Talent Acquisition Intern/Co-op provides administrative, sourcing, and recruiting support to our team. You will gain hands-on experience in corporate recruiting, employer branding, talent pipelines, and HR operations. This role involves working with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR professionals to support hiring across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and corporate services. You will get exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle and develop skills for a career in Human Resources.
What you'll do#
- Assist with job posting creation, management, and candidate record maintenance in the Applicant Tracking System.
- Review resumes, conduct initial candidate outreach, and coordinate interview scheduling.
- Search for talent using LinkedIn and other platforms to build candidate pipelines.
- Research talent markets, universities, and industry competitors.
- Support diversity, military, and early-career recruiting initiatives.
- Help plan campus recruiting events, job fairs, and maintain relationships with universities.
- Prepare recruiting reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics while auditing data for accuracy.
- Assist with onboarding activities, candidate surveys, and hiring manager feedback.
- Create content for social media and marketing materials to highlight our company culture and career opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum sophomore standing is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Prior experience in an internship, campus leadership, customer service, or administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn or social media platforms.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

- The role is on-site and full-time.
- This is a paid internship/co-op with a rolling term.
