About the role#
This is a 10-week paid internship focused on human resources. You will work on projects that impact the business and learn how talent principles integrate into business strategies. The program includes formal training, mentorship, and exposure to senior executives. You will also participate in cohort activities like social events, volunteer days, and workshops.

What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of an undergraduate degree in HR, Labor Relations, Business, Communications, Management, or Organizational Psychology.
- Target graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
- Ability to start the program on June 7, 2027.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in a business context.
- Experience building presentations and using data visualization techniques.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently with a professional demeanor.
- Flexibility to work in a multi-discipline team.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
