About the role#
As a Finance FP&A Intern, you will support our team with daily financial planning, reporting, and analysis. You will help gather data and prepare reports to ensure the business has accurate information for decision-making.
What you'll do#
- Assist in preparing recurring and ad hoc financial reports.
- Support budgeting and forecasting by gathering and compiling data.
- Analyze financial data and summarize findings for review.
- Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and financial models.
- Help prepare presentations and management reports.
- Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to reconcile data.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with working capital and financial performance reporting.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A basic understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- A preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Previous internship, project work, or coursework in Finance or Accounting is a plus.
- Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, or ERP systems like Oracle is helpful.
