About the role#
As a Technical Production Operations Engineer intern, you will support our Production Support Operations team. You will monitor automated processes, identify issues, and help with troubleshooting efforts. This role provides hands-on experience with financial services applications. You will work alongside senior team members, follow established procedures, and contribute to process improvements.
What you'll do#
- Monitor and support automated batch processing jobs.
- Assist in troubleshooting and issue resolution with guidance from senior team members.
- Document technical procedures and update knowledge bases.
- Escalate issues and collaborate with technical teams to reach resolutions.
- Partner with internal departments to provide customer service.
- Participate in shift work, which may include early morning or evening hours as part of a 24/7 support team.
What you'll need#
- Progress toward a BA or BS degree, ideally in Computer Science or Finance.
- Interest in technical operations and enterprise software support.
- Understanding of or interest in the financial sector.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with MS Windows, SQL, or Dynatrace is a plus.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site position located in Wakefield, Massachusetts.
- The role is full-time and paid, with a salary range of $19 to $22 per hour.
- Shift hours are either 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST or 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM EST.
- This is a rolling internship.
