About the role#
The Corporate Communications Intern provides support for internal and external communications, public relations, community affairs, and marketing campaigns. You will work with managers and directors to execute global communications initiatives and maintain consistent messaging across various channels.
What you'll do#
- Write draft press materials, blogs, website copy, and social media content.
- Coordinate content posting to the PR newswire, website, social media, and the company Intranet.
- Manage the Corporate Communications editorial calendar and coordinate photography needs.
- Support the planning of special events like town halls and customer meetings.
- Create PowerPoint presentations and graphics for internal and external use.
- Assist with the internal review process to secure content approvals.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Communications, Marketing, or Journalism.
- Strong writing skills and experience with social media.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of graphics tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with various stakeholders.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Exton, Pennsylvania.
- The position is hybrid, requiring you to be onsite at least 3 days per week.
- This is a part-time role at 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule to accommodate your classes.
- This is a paid internship.
