About the role#
This internship is part of the Future Talent Program within the Research Labs Division. You will work on projects that provide insight into the drug development process and the role of medical writing at a large pharmaceutical company. The program lasts for 12 consecutive weeks beginning in June 2027.
What you'll do#
- Participate in a variety of projects and learning experiences under the guidance of a mentor.
- Gain insight into documents required for clinical trials, including study protocols, informed consent forms, and regulatory summaries.
- Learn about public disclosure of clinical trial information and results.
- Explore health literacy and plain language concepts.
- Support quality, compliance, and operational excellence activities.
- Collaborate with individuals and teams across the organization.
What you'll need#
- Completed at least 3 years of a bachelor's or equivalent program in a scientific discipline, such as Biology, Data Science, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- Currently enrolled in a degree program.
- Available to work full-time for 12 consecutive weeks starting in June 2027.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to write scientific documents and deliver scientific presentations.
- Strong scientific communication skills.

- This is a paid, full-time internship.
- The work modality is hybrid.
- Locations include Rahway, New Jersey, and North Wales, Pennsylvania.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
