About the role#
This is a paid summer internship within the Patient Services team. You will support programs that help patients access treatment and resources. You will gain exposure to how patient support programs operate within the pharmaceutical industry by collaborating with teams across Commercial, Marketing, Channel Management, and Market Access.
What you'll do#
- Support the Patient Services team with projects and daily operational activities.
- Partner with leadership to develop communications and marketing materials.
- Collect and analyze feedback from internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in creating training materials, presentations, and learning resources for patient support teams.
- Draft and update SOPs, guidelines, forms, and internal communications.
- Conduct research on patient services and the rare disease landscape.
- Deliver a capstone project with recommendations and insights.
What you'll need#
- Rising junior or senior pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Health Administration, Public Health, or Data Science.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organization, attention to detail, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze information, identify trends, and communicate insights.
- Interest in patient experience, healthcare operations, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across functional teams.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
Location & details#
- This is a hybrid role based in Princeton, New Jersey.
- You must live within a commutable distance of the Princeton office.
- The internship runs from May 25, 2027, through August 20, 2027.
- This is a full-time position.
