About the role#
Join the North America Strategy team for a paid summer internship focused on business planning, strategic initiatives, and marketing excellence. You will gain hands-on experience supporting priorities that shape the business while collaborating with teams across Communications, Government Affairs, Finance, and Commercial Operations. This role is designed for students interested in strategy, business operations, and the pharmaceutical industry.
What you'll do#
- Participate in strategy team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements and project execution.
- Support BrandForward and other brand planning and lifecycle management initiatives.
- Assist stakeholders across various functions in executing strategic business initiatives.
- Research industry trends, policy developments, and business insights to support decision-making.
- Participate in learning and development opportunities to expand business and leadership skills.
- Lead a meaningful internship project and present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Rising sophomore, junior, or senior pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Life Sciences, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 and strong academic performance.
- Coursework in business, marketing, operations, strategy, or project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate across teams.

- Modality: Hybrid (requires a minimum of 2 days on-site per week).
