About the role#
This internship is part of the Future Talent Program within the Animal Health Division. It is a full-time, field-based role lasting 10-12 weeks, starting near the end of May 2027. You will work with the Retail and E-Commerce sales teams to support our product portfolio. You will receive guidance from a director and a mentor to help you navigate daily tasks and projects.
What you'll do#
- Develop and execute plans to engage customers and meet their specific needs.
- Promote retail programs and sales by detailing and selling company products.
- Conduct surveys and set up retail merchandising displays.
- Support dealer and industry meetings or tradeshows.
- Present a summary of your summer contributions to leadership at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor or master degree program, specifically in Agriculture, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- Completion of at least 2 years of college coursework by May 2027.
- Legal authorization to rent a car in your state of residence or work.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and comfort using an iPad.
