About the role#
As an Investments Intern at WTW, you will gain exposure to real client assignments while working alongside consultants and analysts. You will assist with services such as setting investment objectives, asset allocation, manager selection, and performance evaluation. This role offers the opportunity to apply your university studies to intellectual challenges in a professional consulting environment.
What you'll do#
- Work as part of dedicated client teams to provide investment services.
- Support team members in building and delivering client presentations.
- Follow professional excellence standards, including the review and documentation of client deliverables.
- Participate in meetings with clients, investment managers, and insurance companies.
- Identify ways to improve processes and technology to increase team efficiency.
What you'll need#
- Progress toward a Bachelor's Degree in actuarial mathematics, business, economics, finance, or a related major with significant quantitative coursework.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, specifically in Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.
- A client-first mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently as a self-starter and cooperatively in a team.
- Passion for problem-solving and collaboration.
