About the role#
The ABA Squad Student Analyst Program offers graduate students a chance to build clinical skills while working toward BCBA certification. You will gain hands-on experience under the supervision of experienced BCBAs. This role involves direct client contact and provides unrestricted supervision hours.
What you'll do#
- Gain clinical experience under BCBA supervision.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
- Administer skill assessments.
- Develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Implement skill acquisition programs.
- Participate in supervision and parent training sessions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an ABA graduate program.
- Experience working with children.
- A focus on applied behavior analysis and individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A dependable, team-oriented approach to learning.
